My Intro…
Hello, my name is Caleb, and I’m a student at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. I’m studying history and social studies, hoping to one day be a history teacher. Eventually, I’m getting my master’s in social work to move on from teaching and become a therapist.
As a scholar, I’m extremely interested in medieval history and would love for that to be my primary field of study when teaching courses to high schoolers. I know that’s not always possible, but that’s the time period I’m most passionate about. I do also enjoy learning about American history, more particularly the founding of our nation and the Revolutionary War.
At the end of the day, I don’t care what I’m teaching as long as I enjoy it and so do the students. Hopefully, students can learn new skills in my class and carry them forward, using them for the rest of their lives.
